We will have most of our items stocked, however there will be a processing time for custom orders. Processing time is typically 5–7 business days, although personalized or high-demand items may take a little longer.

Yes! We love creating personalized products. Simply enter your customization details on the product page. If we have any questions, we'll contact you before production begins. Some designs may only be able to be customized if it is a bulk order to reduce the amount of waste that comes from the 3D printing process.

Yes! Every item is designed, printed, assembled, and carefully inspected by us. Because each piece is handmade, slight variations may occur, making every item unique.

Most of our 3D printed products are made using high-quality PLA filament. Material details are listed on each product page when applicable.

Many of our products are family-friendly, but some items contain small parts and may present a choking hazard. Adult supervision is recommended for young children.

There may be color variations due to the availability of the materials. If the colors will vary for the design, we will specify it in the description. Please be aware that colors differ in different types of lighting. 

Because many of our products are handmade or personalized, we generally do not accept returns unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part. Please review your personalization carefully before placing your order.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We'll work with you to make it right.

Yes! We currently ship throughout the United States.

Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Some of the 3D models featured in our shop are printed under valid commercial licenses obtained through designers' Patreon memberships and other authorized licensing programs. We do not claim ownership of these licensed designs and are grateful to the talented artists who make them available for commercial production.

Due to shipping, your clicker may occasionally arrive disassembled. If this happens, simply line up the pieces and press them back together until they snap into place. If you experience any issues, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist.
